Come join Connor Lin Frost, educator, touring musician, and songwriting coach, who has helped hundreds of songwriters to write and release their music, this coming fall 2026, in beautiful Vermont!
Throughout our weekend together, you’ll team up with a hand-selected group of talented and passionate songwriters and industry experts for a nature-filled, life-altering songwriting retreat.

The Retreat

This special weekend retreat will level-up your songwriting skills. On this adventure together, we’ll journey through Connor’s unique songwriting curriculum that will unlock your full songwriting potential, and stretch you out of your creative comfort zone and into the beauty that is Vermont. You’ll be given the space to refine and discover your songwriting voice, and you’ll leave with tools that you can use for life.

About Connor
Connor Frost has found a gap in the music industry, and has thus made it his goal to help those musically talented people, break through their blocks and level-up their skills, so that they can write and release their music, and effectively start and continue their Artist journey.
Since 2019, he’s helped hundreds of songwriters do exactly that, and over the last twelve years has toured extensively throughout the United States and internationally, and has landed features in major publications including American Songwriter, ICRT, and the Music Production Podcast.
Connor is also a student of songwriting, and will be forever. He’s learned from some of the best songwriting mentors in the world, including Andrea Stolpe, platinum songwriter, and continues to share his learnings and lessons to the hundreds of students he has now worked with.
