Terms and Conditions

 

  • Both Artist (customer) and Connor Frost Mentoring (company) understand that this program is considered "work-for-hire". Therefore 100% of song ownership belong to "Artist", regardless of feedback given by Mentor. Artist may not credit Mentor in regards to the creation and production of the song, unless agreed upon by the Mentor.

  • If Artist doesn’t feel they have received value after 30 days of being in the membership, they may let Connor know, and he’ll refund them in full, no questions asked. Artist will be charged monthly at the agreed upon rate showed at checkout. Artist can cancel or freeze subscription at any time. Full cancellation will take place at the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for any months enrolled prior to cancellation, after aforementioned cancellation period.

  • Artist is welcome to give feedback to other artists in various forums whether inside the community via text, audio, or video, or on live calls. Artist is not entitled to any percentage of songwriting credit for the particular song in question, unless worked out officially between the two parties outside of the community

  • Connor Frost Mentoring or any artists within the community agree to never publicly share a song idea of anyone else's, unless granted permission by the respective songwriter. Artist understands that content and curriculum materials are exclusive to Connor Frost Mentoring and their artists inside the community, and will not share with anyone who does not fall under that classification.

  • Connor Frost Mentoring may share screenshots of text-based comments from the community forums, but will never share any songs or song ideas publicly, with no exception.

  • Connor Frost Mentoring cannot guarantee any specific results. Ultimately the work must be carried out by the client for them to get the most out of what the membership has to offer.

  • Artist and Mentor both agree to treat others with respect and professionalism. Derogatory, mean-spirited comments and messaging related to race, gender, sexual orientation, etc., will not be tolerated. Behavior that is considered to be disrespectful and mean-spirited could result in dismissal from membership without refund.
